VETERANS ASSISTANCE WORKSHOP
Friday, September 13, 2013
UPDATE - This Just In . . .
SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! Our community is working directly with the Veterans Housing Employment Assistance Task Force, a joint government/private sector effort to create and offer safe, affordable housing for our veterans. In addition to housing, this program will help veterans find employment or business opportunities to get reintegrated back into civilian life. We are having a first ever training to teach investors how they can be a part of this noble effort. This level of close cooperation between government and private interests is creating very unique opportunities for real estate investors to take advantage of special tax credits, preferred interest rates from banks, long-term tenants with guaranteed rents, and many other little known benefits. When put to practice, these techniques will enable the astute investor to acquire properties with enormous government incentives and guaranteed cash flow for life. All this while helping our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our security and freedom. Now is the time to help them resettle and rebuild their lives, while we build strong real estate portfolios. |

AUCTIONS WORKSHOP
Saturday, September 14, 2103
With over 280,000 people facing foreclosure in the six-county Chicagoland Area alone, banks are being FORCED to take drastic discounts on mortgages and move REO properties off their books. These properties are going at bargain prices. As a result, Trustee Sales, Sheriff Sales, and Bank Auctions will be a prime strategy for property acquisition on the cheap over the next three to five years, as we clean up the mess of 11,000,000 (That’s ELEVEN MILLION) more people facing foreclosure in America.
It’s not uncommon for educated investors to earn net profits well in excess of $50,000 per deal. The key is to know what you’re doing and this workshop is a great step to get you equipped with the knowledge it takes to execute this strategy successfully. This Two-Day Workshop will be packed full of strategies that you can use in today's market and one that you certainly don't want to miss. John McCants is an expert at the auction strategy and he continues to make hundreds of thousands of dollars with these proven strategies. Make sure you get “in the know” and join us for this important workshop. |

About the instructor:
John McCants
John McCants has been investing in residential real estate since 1990 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1992. Working with his wife Debra and an experienced group of contractors, he has developed a team approach to buying, rehabbing, flipping, and maintaining a solid portfolio of investment real estate with positive cash flow.
John has specialized in acquiring most of his real estate in the competitive foreclosure marketplace buying at wholesale, what most people would say is impossible. Whether the property is a “fixer” or in “move-in” condition, they have developed a proven method to evaluate and assess the property in order to acquire it and turn it profitably. John’s favorite source of investment purchases come through Trustee/Sheriff Sales and Bank Auctions. John has also been a trainer since 1994 with Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, and for John Burley’s Advanced Real Estate Boot Camps and financial trainings throughout the United States. Most recently, John has joined together with national and regional real estate investors at the Renatus Real Estate Investment College to further his career and mentor others as they get into the real estate game to realize their financial dreams and goals. John’s financial goal was to retire at the age of 50, start his retirement with a vacation in Fiji, and travel the world. John met his financial goals, and then changed plans after seeing the financial crisis develop in the USA and around the world. John and Debra put retirement on hold and committed to increasing their investment portfolio due to the real estate recession and economic crisis going on today…a perfect storm for investors!!!! |
