Why are there so many people in the seats? Why are there so many people in front of the room? This Community is growing by leaps and bounds, that's why. Every week people come to this office to check us out. They want to know more about our real estate investment education. They want to see the Community in action. They want to see if the study groups are real.
And why are so many people interested in learning to invest in real estate? For the passive income? For greater returns on their money? For the Fun of the Flip? For all of these reasons. All I know is that the people who have discovered real estate investing, are energized. They're not talking about the poor economy. They're not talking about how much they hate their jobs. They're talking about the next deal. And that's a good deal.
